We renovate an old house to create a unique place where travelers from all over the world can meet.
Many aspects of the house, such as a bathroom and rooms, have a very handmade feel, but we live in the house and open part of it as a guest house.
Our guesthouse offers an opportunity to spend time with animals, and is visited by many guests from overseas, making it a place for cultural exchange.
You can experience traditional Japanese life through camping, bonfires, growing vegetables in the fields, and more.
We also hold an intercultural exchange event called "English Class" every Wednesday, funded by donations.
Why not relax in a place surrounded by nature?
If the timing is right, you can rent bicycles, mopeds, and cars, so you can go sightseeing and experience the charm of Yamaguchi.
In winter, there is a wood stove and a kotatsu, and we lend you a hot water bottle when you sleep.
In summer, we provide a fan and a mosquito net. Air conditioners cannot be used.
Although it may not necessarily be a comfortable environment,
it is a space where you can appreciate the value of everyday life without relying on modern facilities.
Families with children can enjoy an experience they normally can't have and play to their heart's content in nature.
There are 3 rooms.
All rooms are tatami-floored and separated by shoji and sliding doors.
If you wish, we can also provide you with a completely private room.
Generally, there is no air conditioning available, but as our guesthouse is surrounded by farmland it is relatively cool even in the summer, and we provide hot water bottles in the winter.
However, if you absolutely need it, we can provide air conditioning as an additional option, so please feel free to contact us.
This is a Japanese-modern bath that was renovated from a traditional tiled bathtub.
From the window you can view the tranquil countryside, and in summer and autumn you can relax while listening to the sounds of insects.
The kitchen, lounge, toilet and bathroom are available as shared spaces.
You can enjoy traditional living and socialize with other guests.
Please share the shared spaces with others.
